As a death doula, or end-of-life doula, I am someone who provides caring and supportive assistance during the process of dying. Think of me as a companion who helps you and your families navigate the emotional, spiritual, and practical aspects of this challenging time.

My role is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for open conversations about the end of life. I can help you express your preferences, assist in creating meaningful projects or legacies, and offer comfort to both you and your loved ones. Just like a birth doula supports during childbirth, a death doula is there to guide and support you through the dying process.

Additionally, death doulas can help with practical matters, such as understanding and documenting your end-of-life wishes, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that your final moments align with your values.

The goal is to enhance the quality of your experience, providing a sense of dignity, control, and connection during this profound phase of life. We are there to make this challenging journey a bit easier for you and your family.

Having experienced the profound loss of my daughter 16 years ago, I intimately understand the emotional and spiritual challenges that accompany such moments. It is from this place of empathy and deep understanding that I have chosen to embark on a journey as an End-of-Life Doula.
